Hiking baldy in the snow was unreal.
We got lost in the Gorgonio Wilderness just after peaking the mountain and had to camp at about 9000 feet somewhere near Mineshaft Flat. We spent the night taking shifts to gather wood and keep the fire burning. I slept a total of 3 hours in two days. When the sun came up, we knew we had to peak one last mountain in order to find our bearings and get back to a trail. Once I reached the peak, I had time to take a break while the other two caught up. I was in such an awful state of mind that it took me 5 minutes to want to take my camera out and take this picture, but I did.
